Terms & Conditions – The Iconic Intensive

By purchasing Iconic with Jillian Parekh Coaching, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Inclusions

This intensive includes:

  • A 90-minute subconscious & strategy intensive, scheduled in agreement between Coach and Client.
  • A recording and AI summary of the intensive.
  • One week of 1:1 Telegram support (Monday–Thursday, approximately 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).
  • A custom hypnosis recording, delivered within 30 days of purchase.

2. Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Intensives are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
  • Once purchased, the intensive must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
  • If the Client needs to cancel, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
  • If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session cannot be rescheduled and will be forfeited. The Coach will proceed with the 1:1 Telegram portion of the intensive as scheduled.
  • If the call is scheduled and The Client does not attend, the Coach will wait for approximately 15 minutes before the call is officially cancelled & forfeited.

3. Telegram Support

  • Your one (1) week in Telegram will begin the Monday following the intensive.
  • The Coach will provide responses and support Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
  • The Client is responsible for utilizing the Telegram support to its fullest.

4. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds once the intensive has been purchased.

5. Hypnosis Recording Delivery

  • The Client understands and agrees that their custom hypnosis recording will be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

6. Use of Client Experience for Marketing

  • The Coach may use screenshots, testimonials, and share insights from the Client’s experience for marketing and educational purposes.
  • The Client’s name, picture, and identifying details will never be disclosed.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

By completing this purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
