SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between:
Jillian Parekh Coaching ("The Provider")
and
The Subscriber ("The Client").

By subscribing to The Portal, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

The Provider grants the Client access to The Portal, a subscription-based platform with resources focused on the subconscious mind. Access is granted until the Client cancels their subscription.

2. Subscription and Cancellation

• The subscription is billed on a recurring basis.
• The Client may cancel their subscription at any time by providing notice via the subscription platform.
• Upon cancellation, access to The Portal will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Usage Restrictions

The Client agrees that:

• The resources provided within The Portal are for personal use only.
• Resources may not be downloaded, shared, redistributed, or reproduced in any form.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable, including partial months of use.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring timely payment to maintain access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within The Portal is the exclusive property of Jillian Parekh Coaching and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of The Portal’s content or services.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

By subscribing to The Portal, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
