In The Ring Sales Sprint

By enrolling in the "In The Ring" sales sprint (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making your purchase.

1. Program Details

1.1 The Program runs for 45 days beginning on Monday, January 6, 2025 and excludes weekends (Monday to Friday only).
 1.2 The Program includes:

  • Daily activations and prompts delivered via a private Telegram channel.
  • Lifetime access to the Telegram channel and all provided materials.
  • A Q&A discussion thread inside the Telegram channel, where Coach Jill will answer your questions halfway through the sales sprint.
     1.3 Access to the Telegram channel will be granted on the start date of the Program.

2. Investment and Payment Terms

2.1 The investment for the Program is:

  • Pay in full: $222 CAD
  • 2 monthly payments of $111 CAD
     2.2 All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of participation.

3. Participant Expectations

3.1 By joining the Program, you acknowledge that your success depends on your own effort, commitment, and consistency in engaging with the materials and selling your offer.

 3.2 Jillian Parekh Coaching provides guidance, activations, and prompts but does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or business results.

4. Access and Use of Materials

4.1 Participants will receive lifetime access to the Telegram channel and all Program materials, including daily activations and prompts.

 4.2 Program materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed without prior written permission from Jillian Parekh Coaching.

5. Q&A Discussion Thread

5.1 The Program includes a Q&A discussion thread that will be enacted halfway through the sales sprint inside the Telegram channel, where participants can post their questions for a limited time and Coach Jill will respond.

 5.2 Participants are responsible for actively engaging in the thread between the allocated time frame. No additional opportunities will be provided outside the designated discussion thread and the time frame.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Due to the digital nature of the Program, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

 6.2 If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from participating, you will still have lifetime access to the materials and can revisit them at any time.

7. Confidentiality and Code of Conduct

7.1 Participants must respect the confidentiality of others within the Telegram group and not share any personal or sensitive information outside the group.

 7.2 Any behavior deemed disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive by Jillian Parekh Coaching may result in removal from the Program without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Jillian Parekh Coaching is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation in the Program.

 8.2 By enrolling, you agree to hold Jillian Parekh Coaching harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under Ontario jurisdiction.
